Human Integrins

Integrins are the largest known family of receptors for ECM proteins. They are glycoproteins that mediate cell-extracellular matrix as well as cell-cell interactions. Integrins consist of several protein subfamilies that share a common β-subunit and have a distinct α-subunit. Monoclonal antibodies to β1-integrin and β3-integrin as well as to αIIb-integrin are offered by Biohit.

Monoclonal antibody to β₁ INTEGRIN clone DF5 (IgG₁)

100 µg immunoglobulin in 1 ml PBS solution containing 1.0% (w/v) BSA and 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide.

The product is for research use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been established. Use in human clinical diagnosis is the responsibility of the user. This product should be stored
at +2 … +8 °C.

Monoclonal antibody (Mab) to β₁ integrin is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Wheat germ agglutinin binding glycoproteins of human fibroblasts were used as immunogen.

Specificity
The antibody reacts with the β₁ subunit of the integrin protein family and seems to be human specific. The antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of the β₁ integrin molecule.

Applications
Immunohistochemical stainings, western blotting and other immunoassays for cellular and tumor biology. Mab DF5 does react with paraffin sections (2).

Guidelines for dilutions
Working dilution in western blotting is at least 1:1000.

Monoclonal antibody to β₁ INTEGRIN clone DF7 (IgG₁)

100 µg immunoglobulin in 1 ml PBS solution containing 1.0% (w/v) BSA and 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide.

The product is for research use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been established. Use in human clinical diagnosis is the responsibility of the user. This product should be stored

Monoclonal antibody to β₃ INTEGRIN – clone BB10 (IgG₁)

100 µg immunoglobulin in 1 ml PBS solution containing 1.0% (w/v) BSA and 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide.

The product is for research use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been established. Use in human clinical diagnosis is the responsibility of the user. This product should be stored
at +2 … +8 °C.

Monoclonal antibody to β₃ integrin is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Partially purified platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa complex was used as an immunogen.

Specificity
The antibody reacts with β₃  integrin including the GPIIIa of platelets.

Applications
Immunohistochemical stainings, western blotting and other immunoassays for cellular and tumor biology.

Guidelines for dilutions
Working dilution in western blotting is at least 1:1000.

Monoclonal antibody to αIIβ INTEGRIN clone CA3 (IgG₁)

100 µg immunoglobulin in 1 ml PBS solution containing 1.0% (w/v) BSA and 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide.

The product is for research use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been established. Use in human clinical diagnosis is the responsibility of the user. This product should be stored

Monoclonal antibody to aIIb integrin is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Partially purified platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa complex was used as an immunogen.

Specificity
The antibody reacts with the αIIβ-subunit of the β-integrins. Reacts specifically with platelets, megakaryocytes and leukemic cells able to megakaryocytic differentiation.

Applications
Immunohistochemical stainings, western blotting and other immunoassays for cellular and tumor biology.

Guidelines for dilutions
Working dilution in western blotting is at least 1:1000.
